      I went to the dealership in Sterling to look at a car on the lot and was greeted by Levelle who was very nice, friendly, and knowledgable. He made the process of trading in my current car and buying a new one seamless. He along with the finance manager Jamie stayed an hr and a half after their closing time to ensure that I would be able to take the car home the same day. Even came to my house next day to pick up the trade in cars title which I had forgotten and they said it wasn’t an issue. This just shows the level of service they provide. Highly recommend asking for Levelle if you ever go to the dealership.

      Phenomenal service at Maserati of Washington! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Robert (GM) went above and beyond to satisfy all our requests and we are not easily satisfied. Levelle (Sales Executive) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the vehicles and assisted us in making our selection. Thomas (Finance Director) was fast and efficient in finalising all the paperwork and we were done in 30 minutes. The purchasing process was stress free, hassle free and enjoyable. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and experience at this dealership. We will without a doubt be recommending them to our family and friends.

      I had an excellent buying experience at this dealership. Fred Nejad was the salesperson and he was wonderful beyond words. As a woman purchasing a vehicle on her own, I was welcomed and respected by all at the dealership. Fred was very kind, informative, accommodating beyond expectations and provided a pleasant experience throughout the process and beyond. The GM Robert Acuri and all the sales people were very friendly and contributed to this great experience. Thomas Tracey the finance person was also fantastic in ensuring the financing and paperwork was done efficiently and quite fast. We love our new Maserati Ghibli! I would highly recommend this dealership.
