  Koorosh is simply the best. My wife and I were in the difficult position of wanting to buy a house in the crazy competitive Los Angeles market while needing to sell our condo in order to do so. Koorosh brainstormed several different options with us and came up with creative ideas for how to make it all work. The timing needed to be PERFECT for us to close on the sale of our condo and get those funds transferred over to escrow on the purchase of our house since our offer needed to be non-contingent. Koorosh found the lender, got the loan funded, and did everything to make the process successful. He was always available to take our calls and respond to our emails quickly, and answered every question we had. We cannot recommend him enough.

  We’ve worked with Koorosh out of a recommendation from a friend and worked with him for a previous refi. Koorosh is up to the challenge every time. Our latest challenge: - Purchase a home in a super competitive market (Bay Area) - Need to make our offer stand out among all the other offers: - Very short timing to close - Removal of all contingencies (loan, appraisal and inspection) - High % down mean everything Our challenge to Koorosh: - Close in 21 days - All contingencies waived - Jumbo loan - Majority of our money tied into our existing home - In midst of selling our home - Limited down payment ~20% Koorosh pulled through and made us aware the offer was considered a “risky” move. We decided to move forward to make our “offer” outshine other buyers. The whole process needed to be completed “perfectly" to close on time. He finalized all the documents ahead of close and had 2 days to spare. We got the house at a great price, we got the loan, and we closed on time. I don’t think a Mortgage Broker from a big bank would’ve been able to do all of this (we’ve previously closed 30 days and 60 days for our other two homes). Koorosh knows his craft, he’s personable, makes it easy and always makes the time to talk to you (day or night or even after hours), and he is also always on your side.

  Koorosh is amazing at his work. His professionalism, responsiveness and expertise are ideal qualities when looking to purchase a property and obtaining a competitive loan/rate. Highly recommend!
