  I did my refinance in November 2020 and we closed it at the ending of December 2020. It took only about 6 to 8 weeks.

  My transaction was complex, involving many stake owners. Client wanted to buy a new residence so she could be nearer to her job site to save on the long distance traffic commute. She needed to pull large cash from her old residence for the down payment. Her existing home had to be refinanced, and partially transferred percentage of her ownership to the other existing co-owners. The existing house was co-owned with other family members. The house also had a leased Photovoltic solar for the electric power. The original solar power lease agreement had to be restructured to conform with the new lender's requirement. This alone was so involved and required a lot of coordination, but Alan took care all the details. Then there was the pressure from the seller party wanting to close the sale strictly by the contract date provision, and the seller was doubting if this transaction was going to close. Alan kept all parties informed of the loan progress status. This made all the parties comfortable in giving this deal needed time to close. Alan Wataguchi went thru the extra mile to make this transaction possible. He definitely is someone that I strongly recommend for future business to my clients and to anyone needing financing.
