This is the second time we worked with Suzy and Lance and the team. She is truly passionate and pays attention to all the details. She does all that she can to make it a personal experience and as stress free as possible. This time around we were expecting our second child around the time of close. Suzy expedited everything from getting an appraiser to sending her notary to our home to ensure we could sign a week early and not stress over not closing on time. Everything went smoothly with communication through email, phone, and text. Their team is the best!

I am no stranger to refinancing and mortgages as I've owned many homes and occasionally refinanced them along with being in Real Estate for 10 years. Mason-McDuffie Mortgage Corporation is the gold standard when it comes to mortgage companies. I have never in my 60+ years have had such a smooth experience navigating the ins-and-outs of getting a large loan refinanced. Suzy Dukelow and Lance Midler got the job done with a minimum of fuss. They are knowledgeable, hardworking, honest and really go above and beyond in getting their customers the best deal possible.
