  Been banking through them for years was just told I cannot swap money in large amounts with my personal account if they think it is for a business ($1200.00)

  On several occasions, this bank has negligently handled cash and check deposits. The first incident we lost $3,000 for several months. Wondering why we where so broke, we where looking for part time work while going to school. They called and said, somebody called them and transferred all the of money to their account from ours because we shared a last name. The second incident, while making an in-person deposit, they didn't close out of the other person's account, so while leaving my wife noticed the error; so we didn't loose several thousands dollars then. On the third and final incident, we made a cash deposit, they didn't close out our account, and someone behind us deposited roughly $8,000. We found out instantly, because we learned to check the work of fools, noticed the money, and went to another location to close out our account and withdraw all the money in a cashier's check. We went home and just waited for them to call. They did, and kept asking for the money back. I decided to treat that women like the trash she is for working for such an incompetent, foolish, and grossly negligent banking organization. I explained my story of suffering for months while our money was just missing, and how this was the third and final straw in our relationship to this bank. Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union, you are fired!
