  Matt helped me with the initial purchase of my condo in 2017 and a subsequent refinance in 2019. I can't overstate how knowledgeable, responsive and genuine Matt is to work with, which is a HUGE plus when dealing with significant amounts of money where a minor oversight can have major consequences. Matt, along with his colleague Tim, were with me every step of the way; providing guidance, insight and practical solutions to help timely address any and all issues that arose. Aside from generally just being there to respond to questions, Matt took it upon himself to proactively (and often preemptively) ensure everything was taken care of and kept me in the loop at every turn.   Matt and his team pushed through the underwriting and appraisal process at a fairly blistering pace (<22 days). At my request, the team did a good job limiting communications only to things that required my immediate attention. Free introductory seminar was highly useful as well. Would recommend.
