Matt has been absolutely solid during our mortgage application process and approval for us here in 2022. We have been working with him on and off since at least 2018, when we first began our home search (which was put on hold due to our desire to save more for our down payment). He has been patient and understanding during this whole process, but really showed up when we needed to hit the ground running in this crazy housing market as first-time home buyers.
