Matt was so helpful during my mortgage process that I immediately referred him to my brother who was also in the market for a new home. My brother stopped working with his previous lender because Matt was so much more efficient and transparent. Matt knows the industry and he cares about you and getting the best mortgage for your situation. Not only that, he's quick and always available. Seriously, I could call him at any time and he would always pick up and have an answer. Underwriting was a breeze because Matt explained everything so well from the beginning. I've worked with lenders before where I was constantly sending documents back and forth, but with Matt, he knew what was needed right up front and made sure we covered all of our bases. I know it's a long ways out, but when I buy a home again, I'm absolutely going to Matt. Until then, I'll just recommend my friends and family in the meantime.
