Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with some doozies. As a supposed Private Wealth client (a joke unto itself), tried sending a wire for 5 hours yesterday 3/11. Finally received a confirmation and a CHARGE for a fee that we had to process. Woke up this morning to the wire never was sent and no one could explain why or even help. Thank you for ruining what should have been a joyous day. You have lost my business forever and as long as I live I will repeat this story. Thanks for less than nothing.
