      I would NOT recommend buying here. It is UNSAFE!!!!! People do drugs in the common amenities. People have been attacked. There are many trespassers. The HOA does nothing when these concerns are brought to their attention saying that the gates remain open during construction which could be years!!!!!! They are not even trying-no security guard, nothing! This is not a suitable place for families. They will wine and dine you during the buying process but once you live here is Jekyell and Hyde!!

      My wife and I purchased a town house at this location. We were very happy with the sales representative Kurt Mathison and John (the builder). They were very professional and kept us involved and well informed throughout the entire process. We love the house and so far are very happy with entire process.
