My Mattamy townhome is 11 months old and under the builder warranty but they are refusing to correct a structural defect. The faucets in the master bath is positioned too far from the sink such that water runs onto the counter when the stream is low. After six days of researching the issue, Mattamy Homes does not deny the defect but are denying assistance. They told me to file an insurance claim which will increase my rates but leave me vulnerable to another event. There are other high risk imperfections that I corrected myself but this one was egregious.
