      I fell in love with the homes here in not particularly interested in how close the houses are but I love the Floorplans

      Problems with builder as soon as we purchased the lot. They changed the layout of the lots which then moved water and sewer hook ups into our drive way, which were not there on the original lot layout. One thing after another with build issues found at framing, bowed 2x4s were used, so we have bulges on various walls. Paint looks awful inside, messy and doesn’t match. Still waiting on our 30 day walk through list to be completed on top of paint issues and back slider We moved in the house in June and nothing has been resolved to satisfaction. **Update coming up on a year since move in and STILL dealing with the same issues we had day one***

      I was very happy with the staff being so helpful in my search for another home. Their model homes in the community are also absolutely stunning. I would recommend taking a look around for anyone interested in the community.
