  We had an awesome experience working with Matt at SWBC. He is extremely knowledgeable about the business side of buying a home.   I have worked with Matt on three occasions (two finances and a refi) and I would highly recommend him. Some of our scenarios have been more complex and Matt helped us navigate them with great results. Even our real estate agent commented on how impressed she was with how he helped remove process roadblocks to get our loan approved. I have referred other friends to him who all have had great experiences. He is knowledgeable, not pushy, and most importantly always keeps your best interest at the forefront of any transaction. In short, I trust him implicitly.
