  Matt's upfrontness, attention to detail and constant communication is what made this less stressful. Having to do everything from another state is stress enough, but because of the way Matt worked, he was able to keep us feeling good the entire process. Thank you for everything, Matt! Not to mention he was able to meet a 3 week deadline we had to close because we had to be out of our other house in Oregon.
