  I have created a savings account and sadly it has been 2 weeks that I haven’t got any money direct deposited from my checks, I’m not saying that I’m impatient but I am confused on how this works since this is my first time having a savings and I am a little worried

  !?! FEE'S for using "THEIR" ATM's !?! [$1.00 FEE per balance inquiry! ($1 FEE per Savings "Balance Inquiry!") & ($1 per Checking "Balance Inquiry!") [ Charged $3.00 every ATM visit on Average!?! ] !!!RIDICULOUS!!!... I Was under the impression it was free for "Account Holder's" to use "THEIR OWN" Bank's ATM, (especially if you traveled to that specific ATM for that specific reason?!?!) Isn't that the reason for a bank account? To SAVE MONEY?!? "NOT to UNKNOWINGLY BE CHARGED for checking how much of your "hard earned MONEY" you've "ENTRUSTED" to this company! But, That's exactly what they are, A COMPANY! (OR SHOULD I SAY "CORPORATION"!!! But, "hey..." ..."they need to make money some how, right!?" Soo, "Why not off of they're ( not rich, not "stock holder's"! But, average everyday loyal patron's!?!

  Aloha Kealakekua C.. I understand your frustration and am sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory. A manager will attempt to contact you in a few days so that we can make sure to resolve your frustration. In the meantime, we do offer ways to check your account balances for free and even without having to go to an ATM. We have homebanking available as well as our own smartphone app that not only allows you to view your account balances but also view your transactions and transfer money between your accounts. We also have a really neat app called CardValet. This app not only allows you to view your checking account balance, but also notifies you when you use your card so that you can make sure there are no fraudulent charges being made with your debit card. It also allows you to turn off your debit card if you misplace it and turn it back on when you find it. All of these services are free to you, eco-friendly (since it doesn't print up a receipt), and convenient. We hope these options can give you more convenient ways to manage your accounts.
