  Maura Bain was simply amazing to work with. My husband and I had used two different agents before using Maura and it was a disaster. Our loan officer referred us to Maura so we figured we would reach out. Maura asked us to sit down with her and give her chance, she told us all about her work ethic and promised to make this a smooth experience for us. Well, Maura did just that!!! She responded to every text message and question my husband and I had no matter what time it was. She gave us her honest opinion about each home whether we liked it or not, instead of letting us pick homes we will regret later on. I have heard so many scary stories about becoming a first time home buyer, but Maura has made my experience the best experience ever. I can go on for days how awesome she is, just a breath of fresh air. Maura thank you so much 💓 love the Brown family.

  This wasn’t our first time buying a home so while we had some prior experience and expectations, we did so during a very unique and challenging time. We started the process right at the start of COVID-19 (Feb 2020) and were hit with an endless series of challenges. Being a military family, I found myself in VA trying to buy a house while my wife was in another state trying to sell our old one. Because of these restrictions I never was able to travel back to assist in the selling nor could my family travel down to see new homes. Every step of the way Maura was always within reach going above and beyond helping us. She made time to ensure my wife and I knew everything, scheduled our appointments and navigated the constantly changing rules due to COVID. Maura was and is one of the hardest working, most knowledgeable and motivated people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with!
