      MAX has been my financial institute of choice since I arrived at Gunter Air Force Station in 1974. I have financed two homes and numerous cars with MAX and the service has been truly outstanding over the past 47 years. Thank you MAX!!!

      It was a time when you walk to door of Max at closing time that they would let you in. I saw them closing the door and a customer was at the door right at 4:00 and they turn them away. Max was once like a small town bank friendly, now they act just like the big banks. Got to find me a new bank. Navy federal here I come. The bank at 3401 Malcolm Drive. One of the slowest banks in town.

      Just opened an account yesterday and so far the level of customer service has been A++++. Employees at the Taylor Road location have been super nice, especially Britney who helped me open my account. I love that they can print a debit card on site. Thanks Max!
