  Quite possibly some of the nicest people I’ve ever met in a Bossier business. I had to sell a few things due to a painful turn in my life. They were so kind to me, and made me laugh when I really needed a “pick me up.” I returned with a few more items. They recognized me immediately and asked how I was feeling/doing! This is a place you will want to give your business. I recommend them 100% and I’m glad they are part of our great community of businesses in Bossier.

  This is the worst pawn shop in the city they give less then what its worth

  Hello, I apologize that you did not have a great experience with us. Unfortunately what we are able to buy and resell items for is not always what the seller thinks their items are worth. We deal in gently used items and have to also consider if they will sit in our warehouse for any length of time. I hope that you give us the opportunity in the future to help you on something else.   Refusal of taking in a item from 2007 so if your looking to pawn anything that old electronic wise save time and gas or if you walk don't waste your energy they instantly refuse you waste of my time 0/10 service oh and refusal of any form of card for payment from past experience with them

  Hello Gregory, Unfortunately we are unable to take old electronics because they are not resalable. Electronics are replaced every 6-12 months with newer, better models so it makes it difficult to take anything a few models old. We miss the days that you could just get your television repaired instead of just going out and buying a new one. If you have anything else that is newer that we can help you on please let us know and the owner, Craig Toys, would be happy to personally help you. And for the card payments situation, we are unable to take any debit or credit card for loan redemptions or interest payments. We have had this policy in place since 2017 and we still have the notices posted in our stores. With the new chips in all cards we get charged a fee for using the card and we are unable to add that into the services charges on a loan per state law. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We give cash out for loans so we only take cash in return towards redemptions and interest payments.
