      Customer service is terrible at all there locations!

      The lobby was closed to public and by appt only. Regardless of my scheduled appt, no one answered my knocking at the glass door. The call I made to the posted number was answered off site. She tried texting several people and finally was able to get someone to open the door. Did I mention two people saw me standing at the door? A 5 minute event took 15.
