      I have been a Mazuma member since 1990. Mazuma staff at the various offices have always been courteous and helpful. I often refer others to Mazuma because of their excellent customer service, convenient branch locations, free statements (whether mailed or online), and low fees.

      Terrible service.. Calling and going through the automated system is a nightmare. You must allocate 2 to 3 hours, get transferred around, and then maybe you’ll have a question answered.

      Great service. Very friendly, helpful employees. I have been banking here since 1991 when they were named Federal Employees Credit Union. I have never considered moving to a different bank.
