From start to finish Vince and his team were completely clear, informative, helpful, and approachable. This was my first home buying experience and I could not ask for a better one. Vince's experience and understanding of the field was apparent from the first conversation. He never dismissed any questions and instead took the time to educate me and explained everything thoroughly, which sometimes took a couple trials due to my behalf. I worked with On Q Financial and Vince a couple of months back, he was easy and nice to work with. I was promised and set great expectations as far as future interest rates drops were concerned and that I would be contacted and apprised when it does. But guess what, within a month my home loan was transferred to someone else and then again to someone else( will not name it here). The fact of the matter is , let alone the promise, they never had a courtesy to call and let me know that my loan was transferred. It appeared that On Q financials just sold off my loan at a better interest rate which of course benefited them but not me. So as a company I had great first impression on On Q but the moment of truth is now which is dis appointing. I would never recommend On Q financials to any one.

Vince and his team were great to work with. Our experience was excellent and I would definitely refer him to anyone. Vince followed up weekly with us and also with our realtor to see if we needed anything or how things were progressing. He was also able to get us to close on our home 10 days early!!!
