      Using MBH was so easy! They came recommended by our agent and my brother-in-law, and I'm so glad we had them by our side throughout the process as first time home buyers. Cindy was SO responsive every time I had a question. Erika was beyond helpful in trying to fix a blunder that was completely my fault, but she made me feel at easy about the whole thing. And finalizing the closing process and signing with Todd was a breeze. Highly recommend the Manassas team!

      In the past, I have great settlements with MBH offices other than Manassas. This closing was replete with processor errors - ending with providing Fed Ex a bogus address to deliver my commission check. The staff and settlement agent were not wearing masks. When the settlement agent walked into the lobby to see two masked clients waiting for closing, he did not get a mask until after he asked us if we would prefer he wear a mask. (Duh!) I would not recommend MBH Manassas to anyone looking for an error free, safe closing.

Our current policy in Virginia offices states fully vaccinated employees are not required to wear a mask unless a client requests that they wear a mask while in their presence.
