  Im Martha Barrón and i just have one thing to say about the negative reviews; I Thank God I’m not perfect nor pretend to be perfect, and there is always two sides to a story and whoever has a problem with my practice you know where my office is at to address the issue and come to a reasonable solution instead of using the internet to ruin peoples reputation out of anger or whatever issues you are having in your life. I’m always available when one of my client needs me, I guarantee my work and I’m open all year long. With that said I send blessings to all. I will be ashamed if I was asked to leave from a public place, just think to ask a customer out of my office their behavior had to be aggressive and uncontrollable!!!! Thank God for my surveillance cameras!!!!!

  Definitely one of my worst experiences If I could put 0 star I would because I hired the services of Mrs. Marta to do my tax return and nothing went as expected (as she had told me) since when I sent the documents to the IRS she did not send everything that she should and for that reason they denied my children's ITINs and when I received the letter with the denial of the W7 I went to their office to see what could be solved and their response was; that if they didn't give me the ITINs it wasn't her problem because she had already finished her work and that they hadn't given the ITINs because they hadn't felt like it and because they didn't want to give any more ITIN numbers (I clarify, the first time I I went with her, she assured me that I would get them) then she said that if I wanted to fix something I had to pay her again and for me it was not fair because I know it was her mistake, but nevertheless I agreed to try it again but I asked if now if she would guarantee me her job and she said that she couldn't guarantee anything and repeated again that the IRS people didn't want to give more ITIN numbers because they didn't feel like it. Then he said that if I wanted them to solve the problem, I had to be calling every day and pressuring the IRS to give me the ITIN number of my children (I clarify that I had already paid him $672 USD) so I told him but it is not his job ? to do that since I am paying for his services, otherwise I would have done it and he repeated that if he wanted to solve it, I had to keep calling and this even paying again... he also talked about a client who supposedly paid him 3 times and She didn't complain and I told her, well, maybe that client has extra money and that's why she doesn't mind paying...then there was another lady who, according to her, didn't work there and was supposed to be a client and that she had to attend to her, for this I know that in In a few words, he was expelling me from his business and I told him that I was also his client and he was not solving anything for me, so he started threatening to call the police and saying that I was yelling at him, and then the other lady who was there came up and he started cumming with Mrs. Marta and my answer was, ma'am, why do you get involved if you're supposed to be a client and don't work here, and Mrs. Marta then replied, changing her version to YES WORK HERE anyway, they were both running me or and they began to say that I was speaking badly to him. (I was recording everything) in short, he said the same thing to the policeman, WHY WHAT DO YOU THINK? YES THE POLICE CAME AND SHE STARTED TO VICTIMIZE HERSELF but I REPEAT all this I was recording everything almost from the beginning... the police asked his questions he told me that if I agreed to go out by the good ones I said yes... but first I told him if he could read the document that they had sent me and he read it later he said that he could come back tomorrow because Mrs. MARTA's schedule had ended and I told him that it was fine…I left the place telling the ladies that God bless them and Mrs. Marta that if he makes a mistake, learn to correct it without wanting to blame others for it... I confess that I do not plan to return to this place to fix anything because his incompetence is clear when something goes wrong. In the end I left there with nothing resolved with many documents in my hands and my money and time wasted... SO YOU DECIDE WHETHER TO RISK SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN OR FIND A SAFER PLACE TO DO YOUR TAXES.

  Hello, i have known Mrs. Martha Barron since she open up her business and shes so dedicated to her work and clients she is a top notch Tax Professional i really recommend her! And she is working on getting her license as a Tax Lawyer. I recommend Mrs. Martha Barron for her work and excellent customer service, her knowledge of federal and state taxes is very extensive, as she continues to acquire knowledge every year to become a tax attorney, I would not change her for anyone, go see her. and they won't regret it.
