  They are a great Bank, I would recommend them to anyone...They are very helpful and kind, because I had a situation way back. And they were there to help me solved it..And I would never trust another bank with my banking....

  Very disappointed. Customer service was awful 6/11/21. I don't plan on using Lewisburg branch anymore.

  ATM incorrectly charging credit union members a fee. Management was aware of this and we were told that it was only temporary until the "bugs were worked out". But, they said, just bring in the ATM receipt and we'll just credit it back to your account. Ok, no big deal. Two weeks later stopped by to make a deposit, and handed them the ATM receipt for the withdrawal I had just made. They looked at me like I had two heads. They had no idea what I was talking about. After a quick call to management (Danville, I believe) I was told they were not doing that, and, I was instructed on the proper way to use an ATM. ("It asks you if you want to accept the charge, just say no") Of course at that point, it's about principal and standing up to unethical business practices. I withdrew my money and closed my account. They ultimately lost a customer over $1.50. BTW, the tellers are very nice and very helpful, but of course, they have to play by managements rules. Edit: The previous month, they had refunded the fee on 2 occasions. My wife and I were assured this was only temporary until the ATM was fixed, and they would continue to refund until that time. No big deal. Three weeks later they have no idea what I'm talking about.
