      Horrible bank. They hit my credit with a charge-off TWO YEARS after closed the account, in person. They told me the account was closed, and I didn’t have anything to worry about. Place is a complete joke.

      Each branch of McClain bank has exceptional staff so it's always a quick in and out experience you feel good about. The noble branch is where I do most of my banking and sometimes I'll go to the branch on West Lindsey. One of many reasons I began banking at McClain Bank Noble branch is because the GM /Director, Lady Boss in charge is one of the most exceptional individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Both with banking business, and on a personal level, she goes above and beyond the usual standard in customer care. Wen she asks you how your Is going. How was your day??? ....she genuinely wants to know. ! ❤ thank you KARI
