      We had a kitchen and bath renovation with the McClurg team. They are professional and a high quality company. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves daily and high quality workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

      Spoke with McClurg about both a kitchen and bathroom remodel; however, I will focus on the bathroom remodel as it is the most ridiculous. The current bathroom is 5x9ft (including existing tub). The requested changes: 1. Replace existing tub, surround, and fixtures 2. New tile flooring ~35sqft 3. Paint That was all. No sink, toilet, layout changes. Now before speaking with them I looked purely at supply cost and some labor. 1. New tub, surround, and mold resistant drywall : $2500 2. Tile for 40sqft: $300 3. Paint: less than $50 Then I contemplated labor, and based from a remodeling expense website. 1. Remove old tub, drywall, and tile: $800 2. Move existing items (toilet and sink): $600 3. Install new tub and surround: $1600 4. Install new tile: $600 5. Paint and molding: $600 6: Reinstall sink and toilet: $600 So my total: $7650. lets round that to $10,000 for >30% profit Their quote? $30,000 Oh, what did they want for a kitchen remodel for a 8x10 kitchen (again no relayout)? $50,000!!! They obviously did not want my business - which seems crazy.

      I’m so happy with the service from McClurg Remodeling. There was water leaking behind the siding of our house. Ryan and Steve did a great job investigating the problem and making the necessary repairs. They were great to work with from start to finish. The job ended up taking less time, and costing a lot less than I was expecting. What a pleasant surprise!
