      If you value your credit do not bank with Mccoy. The app is horrible and so difficult to pay your credit card or auto loans. I had to call in and pay it, which I finally did after trying for weeks to pay online, and then they didn't post it for 4 days which gave me late fees and possibly a late payment on my credit (currently disputing). Also, sat on hold forever trying to reach someone. Bad experience with a credit union that originally I was excited to deal with since they are so close to me.

      If you like consistency and truth, don’t bank here. Their no overdraft feature is a lie, their tellers are impatient and rude. My money disappears (I have nothing linked to it), then magically comes back. It’s just a terrible bank full of people that have no idea what they’re doing. Thanks for making my banking experience terrible McCoy.
