This branch is a joke, they don't value the customers and the time you have to spend waiting for them. I went there for the same thing twice this month, early in the morning with no one else is there to be exact. The front desk girl is useless, I waited 10 plus minutes before I was ask by a teller that had nothing to do I assume, took my información gave the information to the front desk girl and told me to sit and wait, it was like being in a doctors appointment, meanwhile customers are coming in but I'm still waiting, 35 minutes later I told the girl to cancel everything, at that moment a manager or someone in the office ask me what was the problem I gave her an answer and she told me that the customers are taking care in the order they come in. Really!!! I told her that I was in the bank for 45 minutes from the time I came in to the time I left, and that girl didn't even bother to lok at the information. She said she was sorry but that was the way they do things and customers had to wait until someone was available, but the place is empty, I replied. What a waist of time, they just lost a customer and all the other I'll be able to persuade from doing business with them. Very unprofessional
