Complete scammer. Do NOT go unless you want to be audited. The reviews don't lie.. and then he will ignore you and leave you alone to deal with the IRS. This company needs to be shut down.

Avoid at all cost, toby is always away from office, he never answers the phone only his assistant, and they always promise a call back, that never happens. Has been almost 3 months and have not heard or received my taxes, Ive gone to his office mutiple times and hes never there, ive been calling almost every day, and goes to voice mail. my last option is to report him and his license to the irs or the bbc. Again avoid McDaniel taxes at all cost, unless you want him to take your money, and for him to never send your taxes out and ignore all your calls.
