  Don’t waste your time with this place. Been in multiple times with valuable items just to get sent away. Many of those same items I received money for elsewhere. Staff barely looks over items and quickly comes to the conclusion that my belongings were worthless. Any other pawn shop I go does more than this joint. Not to mention all the stuff they have there is from the 80s. Place is outdated and needs to be shut down.

  This is not what google is about just because I didn't want you items you decided to write about us and none of the shop who did not purchase your stuff as well. So in the future it will be best for you to sell your stuff to the other shops.   I came to Mike to fix my wedding set that had broken 3 times. He said that he would be able to fix it for me. Before fixing I received a call from Mike asking me to stop by as he had some amazing deals on new wedding sets that he wanted me to look at. I ended up purchasing a new wedding set and he even removed my stone from my original set and placed it in the new one. I love my new set and get compliments all day long on it. The new set was also appraised for way more than I payed coming into McLean County Exchange. Thanks Mike!!!
