      Purchased my vehicle from another dealership, this was my first time having my vehicle serviced by a different dealership and McNeil Chevrolet surprised me with an overview video of the service being performed on my vehicle so I was informed every step of the way. I really like that feature btw. Lastly, they’re technician was very observant correcting a mistake done by a different dealership. Extremely happy and will be servicing my car here from now on.

      Oil change was a little expensive but that's normal for the times. What made me mad is telling me that the leather falling apart on the steering wheel of my 2021 silverado with 11000 miles on it was normal and would not be covered under warranty.
