      I spoke to someone named Aubree. I'm not sure if she was the receptionist or something else but we need more of people like her. She made me feel heard and kept checking back with me when I was on hold to make sure someone would speak with me. I wasn't just left on hold for a long time like what happens with other places I call. Aubree needs to be recognized for her great talent in customer service. :)

      They behaved super racists with my husband, he works remodeling houses and received a check from this bank, the only bank that does not accept the consular registration of a Mexican and did not even want to call the man who gave the check to my husband. If they are very racist because even in the DMV they accept the consular registration as ID and on the other hand if we were white people I assure you that they would have immediately called the one who gave the check to my husband. I hope you also understand that even if it is America, there are a lot of Mexicans who need to have people who are bilingual and know how to serve.
