  I've been with Mechanics for 22 years. You couldn't ask for better customer service. No run around if there is an issue. They take care of it right away.

  Trash company to finance a vehicle with, company’s like this needs shut down, so glad I refinanced with another bank even though it took forever for mechanics bank to say the received my payoff. This company will add to interest rate to pay KIA. I will be making a compliant with the BBB

  They force you to change you online password every single year. And you can't do anything about it. They use to be good , but not so much now. Not near as helpful either. Have been with them for 10-15 years. Went in to get a loan and was treated like a subhuman just because I'm self employed. Wasted multiple days jumping through hoops showing my tax returns and other documents just to be denied for a simple loan for $2,000 for a pontoon boat valued at $4000. Went to my other bank (directions credit union) and got the same loan that day. And for an even lower interest rate than mechanics originally offered.
