  This is my favorite branch of any bank. The staff is smart and good. 6 month update: Still the best. This office reminds me of a time when accounting and banking professionals were really smart as a matter of course. Thank you for the breath of clean air!

  I deposited my stimulus check in that bank and they made me wait 18 days before they would allow me to spend any of it even though it was a treasury check. Then the bank put the wrong address so they never mailed me any statements. They had my email address and telephone number and never called me and told me that my statements were being returned to them with the wrong address. Even though they were not doing me any service by telling me where my money was going, they still charged me a monthly statement fees and other fees without actually doing their part of the job. Now I have been trying to contact the bank for over 3 months and they refuse to communicate with me at all. So basically my service charges mean that I get zero service. They deal very underhanded.

  Lobby seems to be permanently closed. Drive up averages 10 minutes for ONE car. Staff is friendly but you had better take the day off if you need teller service.
