      I love how friendly and helpful the Capitola branch workers are! Whenever I come in I feel like I’m family! They go above and beyond the expectation of customer service! They always do extra like giving doggie treats to all of the fur babies, or stocking up candy and coffee products! They anticipate what the customer needs are! They remember names and conversations and always reply with a “Hi (your name) how’s your (important person, animal, skill, work, hobby, project, or other important detail) doing? So happy to see you and how can I help you?” The other day Jana looked up the concerts at the Boardwalk and printed me a picture of the bands with all of the other important information! She didn’t have to-but she just wanted to make my experience excellent! That’s what all of the employees do-go above and beyond and help in any way possible! I will never bank anywhere else! The culture and environment of customer service results in loyalty and I will always be a loyal RABOBANK customer! And I will always recommend Rabobank for any and all banking needs and services!
