Great, friendly service. Glad there's a branch in Corning. Much closer than driving to Chico.

The worst، I'm going back with chase or bank of America. First if you're making a dispute you have to waste an hour of your time at that bank, you can't make it online at your convenience time. Second, they're pulled out that drive up atm machine...show me a bank that doesn't have a drive up ATM machine in the usa its ridiculous. The world is getting in advance, but that bank is going back to the old days! I don't recommend it! I wish chase or bank of America were open in this area!

Normally this is my Go To Branch. They have their Act together, normally. I first checked online to see if they will be open after 4 PM to deposit my paycheck. Online says Yes! Reality is at 4:30 when I rolled up was Light were off and closed until the 18th of December. No explanation, no reason given. Bad form Mechanics Bank. Service and Location availability has been going down hill. Sad.
