Don't trust the hours for this bank at all! Another Friday where they close early. This was on the first of the month, Who cares if people need to cash their check and pay rent right? Worst banking experience at this branch.

I just spent 40 min just wanting to close my recently deceased dad's account. I have called the bank for weeks, no one ever answered. Now the lobbies open and the bank is going through a merger, what a bad time for a merger. Talk about feeling ignored while all the clerks go about the busy merging paperwork. A very nice teller who tried to do what she could to help me was also being ignored by those who close accounts. I was asked by the teller to call tomorrow. Excuse me, I said, I have been calling for weeks and have just witnessed all the staff in here ignore incoming calls. Okay, the poor teller said, let me call you tomorrow to which I replied, my dads been banking with this bank thru three or more mergers since the 1970s and now no one can take a moment to get me an appointment or even acknowledge me. While sitting there the whole time I was thinking how many times I had banked here for our store, our hot dog cart business and helping my folks bank over the years. It so sad to be ignored at this very weird time. Very poor service.
