      I love mechanics bank they are so personal very friendly and go out of their way for you.

      All the workers at this location have bad customer service except a lady named May. They will literally see you standing in line waiting for service with several workers in the back, and act like they don't see you or just walk off from the window like they're busy. No greetings when you walk in and barely open up additional windows to assist in a timely manner and this happens often. This branch is unprofessional and not well-established.

      Never have I had such a hard time paying off a car loan. I have cash to pay it off, they have to go through someone not even on site, no one really knows what they’re doing. And to make matters worse they only allow you to pay a certain amount online every month. A joke of a bank. Not getting a loan from here again, I didn’t choose them to begin with but what the hell guys.
