      The most disappointing service you can get. No Merchant teller no service. Even if you have being a loyal customer for 20 years. They open at 10.00am and you can't be in line with a load of money. How about the liability of being robbed then you go in and have to wait in line with all that cash. What a service.

      I tried to log in to my account and it told me my user name was not valid. Then it told me I was locked out of my account and gave me a phone number to call. I have been calling the number for two days and all I get is a recording saying that they have a high call volume and I will have to call later. This has been going on for two days. I told them to email me a temporary password 10 times and still no response. Their service sucks! When this Covid is over I will change banks.
