      They had covid interest only promo going for only 1 month, which I missed. My car loan is 600$ a month, I got furloughed from my job back in March 2020 and kept paying my 600$ instead of catching that promo. When I was struggling they said they have nothing to offer and let it go to collections. I have been paying on and off but no solution was offer on multiple occasions in oppose to Keybank which let me not pay interest free for 6 months. Other then that, I cancelled my insurance in a month I had to choose between food and insurance. I have had active insurance after that month, they added 440$ fee for not having it with no chance to cancel or lower it even when I tried and plead with them. Overall really evil institution that doesnt care about the working class. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN WITH THEM.
