      A slight issue due to miscommunications but branch management at this location personally called me and offered a solution the following day. Amazing staff and management. Very pleased and satisfied with the quality of customer service and support. Thank You MECU Update: Randallstown branch GM was such an amazing person. He was very kind and helpful towards my family. Took care of what he promised. Highly recommended this location.

      Drove all the way to this branch to inquire about my replacement card and get a temporary card bc im currently not even at the address thats on file was not even helped I was told they sent it without even being asked my name or to sign in very rude I have been with this credit union for 10 plus years they have sent me to the point of no return now closing these damn accounts and taking my business elsewhere i suggest you run from MECU
