      I found the staff at the west Rapid City branch to be unfriendly, rude, slow, and unhelpful. Med 5 allowed unauthorized access to my funds on several occasions costing me substantial amounts of money. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

      We love Med5! There's a sense of personability and community to it that makes it fun to stop by. Everyone learned my name quickly and the smart, positive vibe of the work culture there comes across when you walk in. They've done great work in every dealing we've had with them. Something is going very right there and I highly recommend doing business with them.
