      Pure incompetence. If we could give zero stars then we would. We mistakenly landed in their web, bill paid in full to the hospital, yet they still sent their threatening letters and refused to clarify with the equally incompetent hospital for whom they work. Talk about a business ripe for the picking -- here's one that could be taken down with little effort.
