  I ordered compost. The delivery was great. We scheduled a day and time, it came exactly as expected. The coordination could have been a little better. I tried emailing first, got a response back to call instead though I'd left my contact info, and after the order I sent another email with pictures of exactly where I'd staked out for the driver to dump the load, but he still showed up in my driveway honking and calling me to come point instead. But that's fine. The compost itself was lower quality than I hoped, but about what I expected for the price. Great price, but had a fair amount of pebbles in it, and I found quite an array of plastic and other garbage: floss, part of a child's cup, an 8" aluminum rod. Still happy with it, just don't want to put it in my raised beds. Will order again.

  I have a stone driveway so every year or two I need more stone. I have always used Medway Mulch and Loam for stone and loam because they have always been reasonably priced and professional. Today I was somewhat taken back. Needed six yards of stone delivered. 4 yards to one address and 2 yards to another right down the street in Mendon. It's 3 yards minimum for free delivery I am buying six yards. I called and asked the lady if I could get 4 yards dropped at my house and the other 2 dropped at my other property . Told her just need to take 1 trip with the six yards don't worry about being exact with the yardage.. She told me she couldn't do that. I would need to get 3 yards delivered to each address for free delivery and that the driver would have to take two trips. As a business owner myself I always do my best to work with my customers because word of mouth and repeat business is paramount to me staying in business... no such luck with her. I wish them nothing but the best but have decide to go elsewhere for my stone.

  Very poor customer service. They never returned my call when I left 2 messages. I ordered a specific amount of dirt and when the driver showed up he had the wrong amount, drove on my lawn when I told him not to (left a huge rut) and almost took down a tree when he slammed into it. He did not dump the loam as he said he would send another driver out with the right amount but they never came. When I called 2 days later I kept getting a machine and no one called me back. I would not recommend this company ever.
