      I have the opportunity to work with several lenders and by far, Melanie Taliaferro is the one with more tools and resources to jump any obstacle. She has an answer for every single difficult that appears during the mortgage process. It is very moving the way she takes care of clients. For Melanie clients are humans with dreams not clients with bank statements. I love to work with Melanie!

      Melanie and Chelsea were fantastic at helping me purchase my 1st investment home! Everything went smooth and without a hiccup. I appreciated how Melanie took time to strategize how to make my loan happen with as little OOP costs as possible. I also appreciated how Chelsea stayed on top of all the details for anything needed to close! I def will be using them again and highly recommend them.
