      My family and I had worked with Melissa for months and saw dozens of homes both in person on visits from WI and also virtually. In that time we got to know her to be very diligent, professional, and pleasantly persistent. The premier property we ended up buying wasn't even one that we were looking for but through conversation she spotted an incredible opportunity that would have been gone in a heartbeat if we hadn't acted. The trust and confidence she built was enought to buy sight-unseen and her process of getting inspections and financing together in 3 weeks was miraculous. She stayed along wtih us the whole process and recommended very capable/reliable people to come do repairs, service the pool and A/C units, etc. Melissa will be the first person I call when I want to add to our real estate portfolio.

      I flew in from out of state for a week looking for houses.       Melissa was so helpful in our “long distance” purchase! For months she consistently sent market updates and contacted us. When we arrived in Sarasota she was professional & friendly and cared about finding a house that met OUR needs. She is knowledgeable about the market and the process, and kept us informed and updated every step of the way! Her hard work paid off and we found the home we were looking for in less than a week. She helped get us set up with loan professionals we were able to close quickly! We can’t say enough wonderful things about Melissa and the talent & passion she has for both real estate and the Sarasota area!!!
