      Tom is not only thorough at his appraising gig, he's also a more than decent human being. We don't live in the area and realized half way to our family home that we didn't have the keys to the house. I thought we were going to have to turn and head back home to get them when I suddenly realized that Tom had the spare keys! We called him and we met with him to get the keys and were able to not only save a ton of time going back home, but had a wonderful conversation with him. I can't say enough good things about Tom.

      I can't say enough good things about Tom. I hired Tom to go back in time and give me appraisal value of my grandfather's home at 20 years ago when my mom inherited her home from him. He went over and above to research records at that time and compare properties and to give us the best value for that time! His fee was extremely reasonable and I was happy to pay for his professionalism and for going the extra mile. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a good appraiser or broker. He's top-rate!!!

      Would never use this appraiser, nor engage him for any other service. He was contracted to do an appraisal of our home, He appeared for the walk through, took pictures, and left. He never mentioned any issues or concerns with being able to complete the appraisal. I find out days later through our lender that he decided after the fact not to complete the appraisal and asked for it to be re-assigned. When questioned after the fact, he offered as an excuse that he "didn't have time for us." What an arrogant, wretched human being.
