  I had a beautiful experience at this financial institution. I decided to try them out after my spouse financed an auto loan through them. I was initially skeptical, apparently due to their "size", but they proved me wrong with their effectiveness. Comparatively, they had one of the best loan rates for me and my financial service representative (Janet) was totally transparent and unbiased, as she thoroughly guided me through the entire process without me having to break a sweat! I would say without any fear or favor that Janet was experienced, professional, very detailed and clearly understood her job. With the likes of her in that institution, whilst also maintaining their focus and customer-oriented values, then the sky would just be the beginning of greater successes for them. I am thus giving them a 5 star in all and my high recommendation(s).

  They are incompetent, unresponsive, and consistently rude. The car dealership I bought from chose this bank for my auto loan and MFCC failed to process it so a month later I had to go through the whole process again while driving around with temporary paperwork and without title all that time--that really set the tone for what was to come with this bank. Often rude on the phone when I call to pay my bill and last time I called was the last straw dealing with them. Ended up just refinancing with another bank. Also, I requested a 10-day payoff letter for my refinance and Tammy sends me the wrong document (maybe on purpose I don't know) but when I called to remedy the issue they refused to help. I e-mailed her, called a few times and they just sent me to her voicemail--never got a response of any kind. I ended up having to drive all the way out to Dearborn to get the letter, which took only a few minutes to print. Don't deal with this bank, you'll have nothing but problems.

  Amazing bank, low interest with good services. They are caring and dedicated to provide good services to costumers. I highly recommend this bank!!
