      Super friendly staff with familiar faces every time you come in. Have never had a bad experience here. Travis and his entire staff are great to deal with. My only complaint is that Members First refuses to have direct customer to branch phone numbers.

      As a small business owner, we need specific services. From our first experience, the credit union and their staff were flexible and responsive. As our relationship matured, we have relied on them for most of our personal and business banking. Oddly, even as our business and personal finances grew, they became less open to financing us (we suspect the "Covid" scare was the reason). We hope to not have to transition elsewhere. We are in a very interconnected local business community - we do all we can to support those who support us!!

      Lets say : they make it difficult to withdraw from you own account. After 3 years with this bank we decided to close the account. The partying gift we got: We ask for large bills but the clerk decide to give us all in 10s and 20s. I ask him to get someone, he said that's all they have . We had no choice. Thank God we do have choices in banks that respect their customers.
