Always friendly and with a smile. I don't get inside the branch much. Went in for a replacement card, took care of me right there. Teller was pretty too!

Called and spoke to Matt on their main line to order checks which is usually frustrating because I just want to call a branch directly, however he called ahead to the branch for me and told them I was coming and had the started checks waived for my first order! That's great customer service! Thanks to Matt and Kate at the branch!
